With love as the shield, guard every responsibility! Ktech Energy organized Red Cross first aid training, making safety go hand in hand with mission

To further enhance employees’ awareness of emergency protection and improve their self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities in unexpected situations, in September, Ktech Energy specially joined hands with the Red Cross Society to carry out first aid training activities, bringing professional first aid knowledge into the workplace and adding a “hardcore” guarantee for the safety of every employee.

At the training site, Red Cross instructors transformed key skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), trauma hemostasis and bandaging, and first aid for airway obstruction into vivid and understandable teaching content through theoretical explanations combined with practical demonstrations. From judging consciousness, standard actions for opening the airway, to precise control of the depth and frequency of compression; From the techniques of bandaging different wounds to every key step of the AED operation, the instructor breaks them down in detail and demonstrates repeatedly to ensure that every employee understands the principles and masters the methods.

It wasn’t until I personally operated the manikin to perform CPR that I realized every action was a matter of life and death.” “The little trick of bandaging wounds is very useful. It can not only protect yourself but also help someone in need in the future.” During the training, the staff listened attentively and actively participated in the practical exercises, constantly correcting the details of the movements through interaction and communication, truly internalizing first aid knowledge into their own skills.
